Austin is from Evansville, Indiana and moved to Tucson in 2021 with his wife Nicole and his dog Zoe. He attended Indiana University where he received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and later attended Regis University where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy. His interest in fitness began when his grandfather introduced him to the weight room as a teenager, he competed in powerlifting and learned the value of being and feeling strong. Since then, he has focused on fine tuning his understanding of movement and the impact it can have on your life. He now operates a cash-based physical therapy practice with the intention of helping folks move better and feel better.
