Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, “The resistance that you fight physically in the gym and the resistance that you fight in life can only build a strong character.”
I got into fitness in search of a feeling. Something that was always distant and out of my grasp. Being healthy represented a version of me that could accomplish anything—someone who is not only confident but is also physically and mentally strong, consistent, and proud of the effort spent trying to improve. I think deep down we’re all looking for those things in some way.
“You don’t have to be great to started, but you have to get started to be great” - Les Brown
Knowing only that I knew nothing, I started looking for people who did have some answers. I became a sponge for knowledge and obsessed with learning more about how to optimize my health. Of course, the real fun came when I began testing this knowledge in the gym and seeing and feeling real change. As the years passed, I developed an interest in the field of physical therapy. It was obvious to me that with this knowledge in my toolkit, I would be able to not only understand injuries but also potentially prevent them. As I began work in that field, I came to a decision that I would help people improve their health and their lives.
“It’s not what we get but who we become, what we contribute; that’s what gives meaning to our lives.” - Tony Robbins
Today, I am still heavily vested in my pursuit to make a difference and, together with Pursuit Fitness, I am able to continue my mission of improving the lives of others.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Every year, my family and I get together on Thanksgiving and make food to feed the homeless. Apart from that, I’ve helped foster dogs with the Lil’ Bit of Love group here in Tucson.
FUN FACTS
I love exercise, hate the taste of peanut butter, and consider myself a wizard when I sing in the car. Originally from Los Angeles, I spend my summers exploring with my partner Alina and our three big dogs.
