Strength training is how we build muscle mass and harden our bones as well as our minds. Our strength training classes offer a guided and well thought-out approach to working out over the longer term. With a variety of functional exercises and all of the power of a strong support system we will teach you healthy, efficient movement to make you into a calorie burning champion.
